Theodore Joseph Schulz is both a Real Estate Brokerage and a Mortgage Finance Brokerage. These are two distinct and different roles within the housing industry. You, the client, are in no way obligated to use Theodore Joseph Schulz as BOTH you Real Estate Agent and your Loan Officer however you may elect to based pricing or service offered. The only time you may not use Theodore Joseph Schulz for both services is during the purchase of a property where an FHA loan is being utilized and the brokerage is representing you as the Realtor & Loan Officer. The term “agent”, “realtor”, “real estate broker”, “real estate agent” all refer to the Real Estate side of the transaction. The term “mortgage finance broker”, “mortgage loan originator”, “loan officer”, "MLO" refer to the Mortgage Finance side of the transaction.
